At our production site in Remscheid, we can flexibly modify standard twist drills to meet your specific requirements – precisely, reliably, and tailored to your manufacturing needs.

Possible modifications include:

Diameter Reduction
We can reduce diameters accurately according to h8 tolerance.

Shank Reduction
Shank machining can be carried out as requested, e.g. from Morse taper MK 2 to Ø 13 mm.

Morse Taper Reduction
Morse tapers can also be adapted, for example from MK 5 to MK 4.

Overall Length Shortening
If required for your application, we can shorten drills to the necessary length.

Point Geometry Modification
Standard drills can be reground at any time, e.g. to point forms D or E.

Step Drills Made to Specification
Single-chamfer step drills can be produced individually from our standard drills according to your drawings and requirements.
